铝污泥人工湿地污水处理系统小试研究 被引量:16

Use of Alum Sludge as Main Substrate in Constructed Wetland for Wastewater Treatment: Lab Trials

摘要 将给水厂脱水铝污泥泥饼用作人工湿地的填料,通过单级系统和多级系统试验,采用"潮汐流"运行方式探索将其应用于高浓度含磷污水处理的可行性和有效性,并以此研发铝污泥人工湿地污水处理系统。结果表明:铝污泥可作为生物膜附着生长的载体,并适宜湿地植物生长,对污染物质COD、BOD5、SS、活性磷(RP)、溶解性活性磷(SRP)、NH3-N等均可有效去除,对磷的去除率可达到90%以上。在实际应用中常采用多级系统,则铝污泥人工湿地系统的使用寿命将大大长于基于磷吸附等温试验所估算出的吸附饱和时间。 A novel application of dewatered alum sludge cakes as the main substrate in singlestage and four-stage constructed wetland systems was investigated to treat phosphorus-rich animal farm wastewater under ' tidal flow' operation, thus, to develop the alum sludge-based constructed wetland system. The results showed that the cakes could act as the carrier for developing biofilm and the media for plant growing. Efficient removal of COD, BOD5 , SS, reactive phosphorus (RP) , soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) and NH3 -N was achieved. Especially, over 90% phosphorus removal was monitored. Normally, a multi-stage system is used in the practice. Therefore, the lifetime of the alum sludge cake in constructed wetland is reasonably longer than that determined from the bath isotherm test.
