摘要
已有的研究证实,产业集群有助于知识传播,集群内员工社交网络具有小世界特征。以这些研究成果为基础,根据隐性知识传播特点构建非线性增长模型,按照小世界网络模型,通过计算机仿真模拟产业集群内社交网络,引入平均值、增长率、标准差和莫兰系数等统计指标分析隐性知识动态传播特征。提出隐性知识动态传播的三阶段模型,将社交网络复杂性和知识传播动态性结合,对比分析了产业集群内社交网络结构由规则网络向随机网络过渡对隐性知识传播的影响,文章结论对产业集群内引导实用型技术传播具有广泛的借鉴意义。
Previous studies have confirmed that industrial cluster contributes to the dissemination of knowledge, and the social network among employees inside industrial clusters has a small-world feature. Based on these findings, According to the dissemination characteristics of tacit knowledge, the article constructs a nonlinear growth model. In accordance with the small-world network model, through computer simulation, it simulates social networks of industrial cluster. The article introduces mean, growth rate, standard deviation and coefficient of Moran to analysis dynamic characteristics of tacit knowledge dissemination in industrial cluster. Through combining the complexity of social networks and dynamic nature of knowledge dissemination, it presents the theory of three-stage model about tacit knowledge dissemination in the industrial cluster, and comparatively analysis the effect tacit knowledge dissemination when the social networks of industrial cluster changes from a regular network to a random network. The conclusion has an extensive reference to guide practical technology dissemination inside an industrial cluster.
