摘要
利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和磁性测量研究了温轧制度对0.50mm厚6.5%Si薄板的边裂、结构、织构和磁性的影响。结果表明:提高温轧温度可有效减轻边裂;随着温轧温度的提高,退火板的再结晶晶粒尺寸先减小而后增加,退火板的λ织构逐渐减弱,γ织构逐渐增强;且磁感应强度(B800,B5000)与铁损(P1.0/50)也随着温轧温度的升高而逐渐降低。
The influence of warm rolling system on edge cracks,microstructure,texture and magnetic properties of Fe-6.5 % Si thin strip with a final thickness of 0.50 mm was studied using optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer and magnetic measurement.The results showed that the edge crack could be effectively reduced by increasing warm rolling temperature.With the warm rolling temperature increasing,the average size of recrystallized grain decreased firstly and then increased,theλtexture in annealing strips decreased and theγtexture increased gradually.The magnetic induction intensity(B800and B5000)and the iron loss(P1.0/50)decreased gradually with the warm rolling temperature increasing.
