摘要
由于宝钢悬浮窑内部结构的问题,经常会发生堵料现象,且存在通堵时间长、通堵不彻底、安全风险大等问题。在通堵口设计安装了1种防喷溅装置,通堵时间由原来的平均5h缩短到目前的平均2h,喷溅范围由直径为6m左右的半圆周控制到了直径为0.5m左右的半圆周,较大地提高了作业的安全系数。
Because of the problem of internal structure,the blocking phenomenon often occurred in suspended kiln of Baosteel.The time of eliminating blockage was long,the blockage could not be eliminated entirely and the safety risk was big.A splashing preventer was designed and installed in blockage eliminating hole. The time of eliminating blockage was shortened from 5hto 2h.The splashing area was controlled in a semicircle which diameter was decreased from 6mto 0.5m.The safety coefficient of operation was increased greatly.
