摘要
结合南美国家大型EPC水电工程项目设计管理环节存在的诸多问题,对作为以施工单位为主的总承包商如何进行设计把控进行了系统总结,并针对偏重于施工为主的大型央企如何加强国际EPC水电工程设计把控能力,提出相应对策和建议。
Regarding problems with design and management of large EPC hydropower project in South American countries, a systematic summary is made for general contractors who are mainly formed by constructors, i.e. how to improve their design. Recommendations are given to the large-scale state-owned enterprises that focus on construction on how to enhance capability of design in the construction of large EPC hydropower project.
