南通水生态文明文化元素例考与水文化建设探讨

Case study on cultural element for ecology civilization in Nantong with formation of water culture

江苏南通位处长江与黄海接合部,堪称近代"水城",孕育了丰富的直接性、载体性、派生性水文化元素。结合南通国家级水生态文明试点城市建设发掘生态水利文化要素,融合生态、水利、文化等要素建设"生态水利文化馆",对承继南通水文化历史价值,弘扬现代水利建设方向,具有明确的实践价值和借鉴意义。

Nantong is located in the joint area of Yangtze River and Yellow Sea and is so-called the ＂water town＂ in modern times, which have given birth rich cultural elements in a direct, supportive and derivative manner. ＂Ecology Water Culture Center＂ should be created in Nantong by means of integrating key elements of ecology, water and culture, along with construction of national pilot cities for exploring ecological and water culture elements. The practice has specific practical value and reference meaning for carrying on the historical value of water culture in Nantong and promoting construction of water project in a modernized manner.
