自贸试验区与张江国家自主创新示范区联动发展研究

Linkage Development Research on Zhangjiang's National Innovation Demonstration Zone and China(Shanghai) PFTZ

结合上海自贸试验区与张江自主创新示范区联动发展的基础条件和存在问题,两者未来联动发展的总体方向应是:聚焦科技与金融的联动,打造科技创新核心载体,形成"1+1>2"的强辐射区域。为此,应加快对接战略规划的顶层设计,加快建立联动发展的协同机制,加快构建联动发展的平台载体。

Combined with the basic conditions and problems of linkage development of China（Shanghai）PFTZ and Zhangjiang Experimental Demonstration Zone,the overall direction of the future joint development of the two should be：Focus on linkage technology and finance,science and technology innovation to build the core carrier,forming a ＂1 ＋ 1 2＂ intense radiation zone.For both are proposed as follows：accelerate top-level design of docking strategic planning,accelerate the establishment of cooperative mechanisms of joint development,accelerate the construction of the platform carrier of joint development.
