摘要
对4.2m小型液压伸缩摊铺机熨平板进行纵向变形分析、热变形分析、热-结构耦合分析,发现应加装拉索或拉杆对熨平板加长段最外端进行加固,并提高熨平板的纵向刚度,增加板厚或增设加强筋,对悬挂箱体横梁与侧板连接处以及调节螺柱处进行改善,为后续熨平板结构改进和优化奠定了基础。
Analysis of vertical deformation,heat deformation and heat-structure coupling was conducted on the screed of the 4.2mhydraulic telescopic paver,and it is found out that the outer end of the extension part of the screed can be enhanced with a zipper or pull rod,and the vertical strength is also improved;the increase of screed thickness and the introducing of reinforcing rib will improve the joint of hanging box beam and later plate and the spot where adjusting stud is on.The suggestion provides a basis for structure improvement and optimization of screed.
