摘要
为合理选择路用降温涂层最佳涂抹量,优选路用降温涂层原材料,制备两种路用降温涂层材料,系统地研究路用降温涂层的基本性能随涂抹量的变化规律,确定降温涂层最佳涂抹量。结果表明:涂抹量从0.8kg·m-2增加到1.0kg·m-2,两种路用降温涂层的基本性能有所降低,涂抹量为0.8kg·m-2时,HTM降温涂层和JTM降温涂层各项基本性能良好;最佳涂抹量下HTM降温涂层和JTM降温涂层最大降温幅度均在4.7℃以上。
In order to determine the optimal amount of cooling coating for road pavement,two types of cooling coatings were produced to study the variation of fundamental characteristics of the coatings following the changing of painting amount.The results show that the characteristics of both coatings drop when the painting amount increases from 0.8kg·m^-2 to 1.0kg·m^-2;the HTM and JTM coatings show good performance when the painting amount is 0.8kg·m^-2;the maximum dropping of temperature reaches higher than 4.7 ℃ with optimal painting amount.
