摘要
针对我国核桃破壳机械化程度低及现有核桃破壳机存在的破壳率低、高路仁率低等问题,研究设计了锯口挤压式核桃破壳机,该机先对核桃进行锯口,然后再进行挤压破壳,效果显著。该设计符合"四点加压"、"应力集中"等原理。该机结构简单、成本低、破壳充分,高路仁率高。本设计对于核桃破壳相关研究具有一定借鉴作用。
For the problems that the degree of walnut Shell-Breaking mechanization in our country is very low and machine has plenty of problems, such as the low production efficiency, the low whole kernel rate and so on. This new shell-breaking machine of walnut with sawing will solve the problems above. Extrusion and break the shell process in following steps; first, the machine saws the walnut, then, extrusion for it. And the results are very good. The design conforms to the principle of "Pressure at four points" and "the stress concentration". The machine has the simple structure and low cost. Shell-breaking is complete and the whole kernel rate is high. The design of shell-breaking machine of walnut can be used as a reference for related research.
