果胶酶预处理对竹材纤维分离的影响 被引量:2

摘要 传统的纤维分离工艺能耗大、纤维分离效果不佳、生产效率低。果胶酶具有专一性,把果胶酶应用于纤维分离是一种比较环保的绿色生产工艺。论文研究了不同果胶酶预处理条件对竹材纤维分离程度和纤维形态的影响。结果表明,果胶酶预处理可以提高竹材纤维分离的程度,提高1~3根纤维的比例和优化纤维形态。当果胶酶浓度为1.0%、处理时间为3h、预处理温度为50℃时,用果胶酶预处理的竹材经高浓度盘磨机分离后,纤维形态得到优化,1~3根纤维比例增加;当果胶酶浓度为5%、处理时间为60min、处理温度为50℃时,竹材的重量损失率最大,最大值为6.37%。 The traditional fiber-refining technology spends more energy, and it can not achieve ideal effect. Pectin enzyme has specificity, and the application of pectin enzyme in fiber-refining is a kind of environmentally friendly green production process. It studies the influence of different pectin enzyme treatment conditions on bamboo fiber refining and fiber size by single factor method. The results shown that the degree of fiber refining and the ratio of 1-3 fiber can be improved after the bamboo treated by pectinase enzyme. While the pectinase enzyme concentration was 1.0 percent, the treating time was 3h and the treating temperature was 50℃, the fiber size was optimized and the ratio of 1-3 fiber was improved after the hemp stalk refined with disc refiner. While the pectinase enzyme concentration was 5.0 percent, the treating time was 60 minute and the treating temperature was 50℃, the weight loss rate of bamboo can reach maximum, and the maximum is 6.37 percent.
