摘要
利用有限元模拟木材力学行为,能够预测木材力学性能,缩短试验时间,降低材料消耗,从而达到产品的优化设计。本文综述近几年来国内外有限元在木材中的应用,从木材构造和化学组成、节子模拟方面评述木材有限元模型的建立,从有限元模型的维数和材料本构关系评述模型和本构关系的选择,旨在为有限元在木材中的应用提供思路和借鉴。
Finite element simulation of wood mechanical behavior can predict mechanical properties of wood, improve work efficiency, reduce material waste and achieve optimization design of product. In this paper, finite element in wood application both in China and abroad is summarized. Wood structure, chemical composition and knots are analyzed to establish wood finite element model. Dimension of finite element model and constitutive relationship are interpreted to explain reasonable selection. The purpose of this paper is to provide ideas and reference for wood finite element application.
