Investigation and analysis of the actual reading situation of higher vocational college students are made in order to master their reading interest and reading needs and to develop series of reading activities according to their reading tendency and interest of reading. The paper aims to develop a suitable reading promotion plan for higher vocational college students according to their reading characteristics,and thus enhance students＇ cultural quality in an all-round way.
