河北省高职院校农村扶贫开发工作机制

Poverty-Reduction Working Mechanism of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei

河北省内环京津,战略位置重要,经济发展总量居于全国前列,但农村地区的扶贫开发任务仍然比较艰巨。近年来,推广高等职业教育已经成为促进农村脱贫致富的重要途径之一。河北省高职院校也逐渐建立并形成校外扶贫和校内助学相结合的一体化、全方位的扶贫工作机制,突出了职业院校教育扶贫和技术扶贫的特色和优势。在此基础上,河北省高职院校应继续立足省情,依托京津冀一体化经济协作机遇,进一步发挥职业教育在农村扶贫开发中的应有作用。

Hebei province,which surrounds Beijing and Tianjin,is an important strategic area. Although Hebei＇s economic quantity ranks front among all the provinces in China,the countryside poverty-reduction is an arduous task in Hebei. In recent years,spreading higher vocational education has become an important method to improve the poor countryside economy. Higher vocational colleges in Hebei have built and formed the integrated and omnibearing working mechanism of poverty-reduction inside and outside campus. With the strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,higher vocational colleges should continue to base on the condition of Hebei province and play a key role in countryside poverty-reduction.
