The realization of China dream is to agitate the era ictus in China. This article discusses the fundamental guarantee to realize the great ＂China dream＂from the following two aspects： Chinese ruling status of the Communist Party is the choice of history and the people; Chinese party system has incomparable superiority and great vitality.
