抗生素药物敏感试验分析为主导的临床感染教学模式探讨

摘要 目的:明确抗生素药物敏感试验在临床感染教学中的作用,探索改进感染教学方法。方法 :分析临床感染教学中的难点及教学方法的不足之处,建立以抗生素药物敏感试验结果分析为主导的临床感染教学模式,运用该教学模式解决上述难点并改进教学方法。结果:以抗生素药物敏感试验为主导的教学模式可以串联感染相关领域知识,明确感染学习目标,还可以丰富并完善教学方法并指导学员根据感染诊疗思路进行临床运用。结论:以抗生素药物敏感试验分析为主导的临床感染教学模式,能有效克服临床感染教学中的难点并改善教学方法,有助于提高学员感染理论和临床诊疗水平。 Objective:To determine the effect of antibiotic sensitivity test in clinical infection teaching and improve infection teaching methods.Methods:The dififculties of clinical infection teaching and the deifciency of teaching methods were analyzed, and the clinical infection teaching mode dominated by antibiotic sensitivity test analysis was established. We overcomed the difficulties and deficiency, and improved teaching methods with this new mode.Results: The infection teaching mode dominated by antibiotic sensitivity test analysis can enable students to determine the learning goal of infection and link the infection related knowledge systematically, which also can enrich the method of infection teaching and guide the students for clinical practice according to clinical diagnostic thinking of infection.Conclusion:The clinical infection teaching mode dominated by the antibiotic sensitivity test analysis can overcome the shortcomings in clinical teaching and improve teaching method effectively, which also can help students to improve the theoretical level and the ability of diagnostic and therapeutic in clinical work.
