脑胶质细胞瘤手术病人心理障碍及疾病康复的心理干预效果研究

Researchon the effect of mental intervention on rehabilitation of cerebral gliomas operation in patients with mental disorders and diseases

目的探讨心理干预对脑胶质细胞瘤手术患者心理障碍及疾病康复的作用。方法本院2013年12月~2014年12月收治的脑胶质细胞瘤手术患者中随机选择80例进行研究,随机分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）,分别给予常规护理和常规护理联合心理干预。观察两组患者干预后的精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分和康复护理ADL量表（RNADL）评分,并进行比较。结果经不同的干预之后,观察组的SCL-90评分显著低于对照组,RNADL量表评分各项指标得分均显著高于对照组,均P〈0.05。结论对脑胶质细胞瘤手术患者实施有效的心理干预可以有效纠正患者的心理障碍,并促进患者的康复。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention psychological block in the patients of operation and rehabilitation of cerebral gliomas. Method 80 cases of patients with operation of patients with brain glioma in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected,and were divided into control group（ 40 cases） and observation group（ 40 cases）,and were given conventional nursing and conventional nursing combined with mental intervention. The mental symptom prognosis of self rating scale（ SCL- 90） score and rehabilitation nursing of ADL scale（ RNADL） score of the two groups after intervention were observed and compared. Results After different interventions in the observation group the SCL- 90 score was significantly lower than the control group,RNADL scale score of the index scores were significantly higher than those in control group,P〈0. 05.Conclusion Psychological intervention on patients with brain glioma operation can effectively correct the patients with psychological block,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
