摘要
研究了ZH新型生物填料在自然悬浮填充方式和固定填充方式下,SBBR的有机物降解和脱氮效果。结果表明,在填充率同为20%时,自然悬浮填充方式挂膜条件下,氨氮与COD的去除率分别为84.01%和86.83%,固定填充方式挂膜条件下,氨氮与COD的去除率分别为98.07%和95.23%,可见固定填充方式的氨氮与COD的去除率要优于自然填充方式挂膜。在固定填充方式挂膜条件下,考察了3种不同填充率(20%、40%和60%)对SBBR去除COD和脱氮效果的影响,结果显示填充率20%效果最好,其COD去除率为95.23%,是填充率40%和60%的1.10倍和1.04倍;氨氮去除率为98.07%,是填充率40%和60%的1.39倍和1.69倍。因此,在生物膜污水处理系统中,选择一定比例的固定填充方式有利于污染物去除。
SBBRs with ZH,a new biological filler,were adopted to study the effects of COD and nitrogen removal.ZH was natural suspended filling or fixed filling in the SBBRS.The results showed that the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and COD with the filling rate of 20% were 84.01% and 86.83%,respectively in the way of natural suspended filling,the other way was 98.07% and 95.23%,respectively.The COD and nitrogen removal effects of the fixed filling way were better than the suspended filling.20%,40% and 60% filling rates under the fixed filling condition were investigated.It showed that the optimum filling rate was 20%.The removal rate of COD was 95.23% which was 1.10 and 1.04 times of 40% and 60% of filling rate.The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 98.07% which was 1.39 and 1.69 times of the other two conditions.Therefore,choosing a percentage of the fixed filling way is conducive to pollutant removal in the biofilm wastewater treatment system.
