生物增效结合SBR-AO处理垃圾渗滤液 被引量:1

Treatment of landfill leachate by combining bioaugmentation and SBR-AO

摘要 在渗滤液处理现场进行了生物增效结合SBR-AO处理垃圾渗滤液的中试实验,对试验各段和整体工艺的运行条件和处理能力进行了测试分析:SBR段经过生物增效后,对NH3-N和BOD5的去除率分别达到89.0%和80.8%,明显优于未增效前的去除率。AO段试验结果显示,O池DO达到3.0 mg/L以上,经过生物增效可达最大NH3-N去除能力;A池硝化液回流比R值达到1.2时,系统的脱氮能力最大,而R值在0.4之内时,系统的去除COD能力达到最大。整体运行结果显示,当SBR-AO系统以脱氮为目的,系统对NH3-N的去除率可达98.8%,对TN的去除率可达82.6%;当SBR-AO系统以去除COD为目的,BOD5去除率可达94.0%,COD的去除率68.0%。 The pilot scale treatment of landfill leachate by combining bioaugmentation and SBR-AO was carried out at landfill site.The operating conditions and performance of each segment and overall process were investigated.The removal efficiencies of NH3-N and BOD5 reached 89.0% and 80.8%,respectively in SBR after bioaugmentation,which were obviously higher than those without bioaugmentation.The experimental operational factors in AO segment showed that the DO value of O tank was over 3.0 mg/L,and the maximum NH3-N removal could be achieved by the bioaugmentation.The maximum denitrification ability of the system was realized when the reflux ratio(R) of nitrate liquid in A tank was 1.2.However,the removal efficiency of COD kept high level when R was controlled within 0.4.The overall operating results showed that the removal rate of NH3-N and TN of SBR-AO system can reach 98.8% and 82.6%,respectively with the aim of denitrification,but when the aim converted into the COD removal,the system could realize 94.0% of BOD5 removal and 68.0% of COD removal.
