离心泵进水口形式设计及其对振动噪声的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究离心泵进口形状对振动噪声的影响,在保证泵体和叶轮几何参数不变的情况下,改变离心泵进水口形式,从试验与数值模拟2个方面对进水口诱导离心泵振动进行研究.采用RNG k-ε模型分别对进口改进前后的离心泵进行全流道稳态及非稳态数值模拟,分别获得2种进口形式离心泵的稳态速度及非稳态压力脉动特性,对其进行对比分析,并测量了不同进水口形式下模型泵机脚的振动信号,对振动信号数据进行处理,以验证仿真结果及修改离心泵进水口所产生的振动影响.结果表明:改进离心泵进口,对其进口及叶轮蜗壳内压力速度分布有一定改善,直进式离心泵比预旋式离心泵对流场影响更小,叶轮及蜗室内各个监测点压力脉动也有所减小,经试验验证机脚振动响应减小了约5 d B. In order to research influence of inlet shape on centrifugal pump vibration and noise,ensuring the pump and other geometric parameters for impeller constant,only changing the form of the centrifugal pump inlet,the vibration inducedBy inlet was studiedBy test and numerical simulation.Steady velocity profile and unsteady pressure characteristics of the centrifugal pumps with two different inlet were analyzed comparatively and verified experimentally.The vibration signals measured at the model pump support with different inlets were processed to verify the simulation results.The results showed that the changed centrifugal pump inlet has a certain improvement effect on pressure and velocity distribution within the inlet and impeller,straight inlet centrifugal pump has smaller influence on flow field than the pre-rotating inlet one,and the pressure fluctuations at all the observation points for straight inlet pump were reduced and the base vibration response was reducedBy 5 dB under experimental verification.
