摘要
采用理论计算和现场试验相结合的方法研究了D形、圆形、正六边行、正方形、梯形以及长方形六种不同截面形状对牺牲阳极服役性能的影响。结果表明,阳极截面为长方形时提供的阴保电流最大,同时自身的电流密度最小。基于此,研究了长宽比(k)对截面形状为长方形的阳极服役性能的影响规律。结果表明,牺牲阳极提供的阴保电流随着k的增大而增大,但阳极自身的腐蚀速率随着k的增大先减小后增大,并在k=4.1时获得最小值。
The effects of six different cross-sectional shapes, i.e. D, circular, ortho hexagonal, square, trapezoidal, and rectangular cross-sectional shapes, on the performance of sacrificial anode were investigated by theoretical calculation and field tests. The results showed that when the cross-sectional shape was rectangle, sacrificial anode provided the maximum cathodic protection current, and reached the minimum current density. Based on this, the effects of length to width ratio (k) on the performance of sacrificial anode were explored. The results showed that the cathodic protection current provided by sacrificial anode increased with increasing of k while the current density of the sacrificial anode increased first and then decreased with increasing of k, and reached the minimum value at k = 4. 1.
