摘要 涂层附着力是评价彩色涂层钢板质量好坏的一个重要技术指标。根据现场生产实绩统计,确定了涂层附着性劣化与基板类别和来源的关系,采用电化学电位测试和辉光光谱仪(GDS)表面成分分析对彩涂基板的表面特性进行了分析,研究基板表面特征对彩涂板涂层附着力的影响。结果表明,彩涂基板的表面电化学活性对彩涂板的涂层附着力有明显影响,而基板的表面电化学活性则与表面特定合金元素铝的富集相关。 The organic coating adhesion is an important performance for pre-painted steel sheet.Based on the production statistic,the relationship between the organic coating adhesion and the types source of substrate was confirmed.The surface properties of the substrate for pre-painted steel sheets were tested by means of electrochemical test and glow discharge spectrometer(GDS),and the influences of surface properties on the organic coating adhesion of pre-painted steel sheets were discussed.The results showed that the effects of the electrochemial activity of the substrate surface on the organic coating adhesion were obvious,and the electrochemical activity of substrate surface was correlated with the enrichment of alloying element Al on the substrate surface.
