核电厂用应急柴油机电子调速控制系统分析及与传统机械调速器特点对比 被引量:3

摘要 随着电子技术的发展,全电子调速系统在核电厂应急柴油机中得到了广泛的应用。电子调速系统采用数字化微控制器,具备完善的信号采集、数字调速、通信、故障诊断记录等功能。其系统工作稳定、动态性能良好,同时具有系统安全冗余的主备控制器,符合核电厂应急柴油发电机安全可靠的要求。本文对全电子调速控制系统进行分析,并与传统机械调速系统进行了详细的比较,对于更好的使用、维护和管理两种不同的设备有一定的帮助。 With development of electronic technology, fully electronic control system in NPP's diesel engine has been widely used. The Control System uses digital micro-controller, which provides signal acquisition, digital speed control, communications,fault diagnosis records and other functions. In actual use, the speed control system is stable and dynamic performance outstanding.In addition, the primary and backup system buildup security redundant controllers, which meet safety and reliability requirements of NPP. This article describes fully electronic diesel speed control system, and carries out a detailed comparison with traditional mechanical speed control system. It's helpful for better use, maintenance and management of two different emergency diesel generators.
