摘要
电力通信网的安全可靠性直接影响到电网的安全稳定运行。为了更深入研究电力通信网的理论,在理论与实践调研相结合的基础上得到最终的评价标准;采用层次分析法及SOM神经网络确定权重的方法,不但确保了指标分析的准确性,最后还以实际供电公司通信数据为依托验证可靠性指标的准确性和评价模型的实用性。
The Safety and reliability of electric power communication network affects the safe and stable operation of the power grid directly. To research the theory of electric power communication network further, based on the combination of theory and research, the final evaluation standard is got; By adopting analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and SOM neural network to determine weight, the accuracy of the index analysis is ensured, and finally the exactness of the reliability index and the practicability of evaluation model is verified depending on communication data of actual electric power supply company.
