新时期创新型机械人才的培养模式分析

Analysis of training mode of innovative talents in the new era of machinery

随着市场经济发展、科技水平的进步,我国教育日益面临新技术革命和经济竞争带来的严峻挑战。如何培养学生能够适应残酷环境的能力并且成为创新型技术性人才,使他们与世界接轨,具备创新意识和创新能力,是我们在教学当中应该认真对待、严肃研究和迫切需要解决的问题。本文就培养创新型机械人才的具体目标、培养模式、实施策略三个方面进行分析,通过确立具体目标,然后研究相应模式,最后提出切实可行的方案。

With the development of market economy, the progress of science and technology level, the increasing of China＇s education is facing serious challenges of new technology revolution and economic competition. How to cultivate students＇ ability to adapt to the cruel environment and become innovative technology talents, make them with the rest of the world, have the innovation consciousness and innovation ability, we should seriously study, serious and urgent needs to solve the problems in teaching. In this paper, the cultivation of innovative talents of mechanical specific objectives, training mode and implementation strategy of three aspects of analysis, by setting specific goals, and then study the corresponding model, finally put forward the feasible scheme.
