通过对现行自动售货机监控系统的调查和研究,设计了以PLC为控制核心,以WinCC flexible为仿真软件的智能化自动售货机的监控系统,系统选用PLC来实现对系统的监控,并辅以组态软件WinCC flexible实现系统的上位PC机监控。该系统是一种采集精度、分辨率高、采集速度快、可靠性高、功能强大、维护方便的智能化自动售货机控制系统。

Through the investigation and Research on the current monitoring system of automatic vending machine is designed,using PLC as the control core, the monitoring system of intelligent simulation software of automatic vending machine with WinCC flexible, the system used PLC to realize to the system monitoring, and supplemented by the configuration software WinCC flexible to realize the upper PC computer monitoring system. The system is a kind of acquisition accuracy, high resolution, fast acquisition speed, high reliability, powerful functions, convenient maintenance and intelligent control system of automatic vending machine.
