摘要
籽棉喂料机是棉花加工行业一种实现籽棉自动喂给功能的机械设备。该设计采用Modbus协议,利用HMI良好的人机交互、数据处理、逻辑控制的优点,通过HMI直接控制变频器,实现MSZY-15型可移动式自动喂料机喂花量自动调节和设备间互锁的功能,解决了地上式自动喂料机存在的喂料量手动调节和设备间无互锁的问题。控制系统通过一个轧季的使用,提高了籽棉喂料效率,降低了机械故障率。
A seed feeding machine is the machinery and equipment of seed auto-feed function. Using Modbus protocol and the HMI advantages of the good interactive、the data processing and the logic control, the design realizes the functions of the automatic adjustment of the feed amount and the interlock between devices about MSZY-15 type movable seed feeding machine, through the HMI directly controls the inverter. Then the design solves problems of the manual adjustment of the feed amount and without interlock between devices. The control system improved the efficiency of the feeding seed cotton and reduced the rate of the mechanical failure, by using a rolling quarter.
