摘要
认为工商管理类大学就业能力的提升应聚焦于专业能力、通用能力和可持续发展能力三方面。专业能力是指向学生在学习过程中得到的专业知识结构、学习能力及专业技术能力等;通用能力是指向那些与某种具体的工作没有必然关联性的通用性能力,即适用于不同的工作场景的能力。这种能力是目前用人单位最看重的部分,是个人最能持续运用和最能够依靠的能力;可持续发展能力主要是反映学生步入社会后,能否随着经济社会的不断发展以及科学技术的进步快速适应时代发展的需要,从容应对环境的变化,这种能力通常是决定一个学生能否得到用人单位青睐的关键因素。也就是讲,它决定了学生入职后能否成为职业精英,实现持续就业。近几年,兰州交通大学在这方面进行了有益的实践探索,良好地实现了工商管理类大学生就业能力的提升。
It is thought that the promotion of employability of college students majoring in business administration should be focused on professional, general, and sustainable development ability. The professional ability refers to the students' professional knowledge structure, learning competence and professional technical ability obtained in learning process. General ability stands for the ability without necessary relevance to some specific work, but it is suitable for different workshop scenarios, and special emphasis is laid on the ability by the employers, which is the most available and reliable ability. The ability of sustainable development mainly demonstrates whether the students can quickly adapt to the needs of the times with the development of social economy and the progress of science and technology after entering the society, making changes for the environment, the ability of which are usually the key factors that decide whether students can be favored by the employers. In other words, it determines whether the students can become elites after entry into posts to realize sustainable employment. In recent years, Lanzhou Jiaotong University has made beneficial practical exploration in this regard to achieve a favorable employability of business administration majors.
