摘要 介绍一种基于STM32单片机设计的埋弧自动焊电源控制器,通过PID控制算法实现输出恒流、恒流带外拖、缓降三种类型的外特性,能够满足钨极氩弧焊、焊条电弧焊、碳弧气刨、埋弧焊四种焊接方法的电气特性要求,实现了一机多用。对一台主电路为三相半控桥的MZ-1000型埋弧焊电源进行了改造,经测试,电源输出的外特性曲线符合设计要求,电源调节特性和动特性表现良好,该技术具有一定的推广价值。 This paper introduced an microcontroller design controller of automatic submerged arc welding power source based on STM32, and through the PID control algorithm to output three types of external characteristic include constant current source,Constant current out-of-band drag, slow descent source which can satisfy four kinds of GTAW,SMAW,CAC,SAW welding electrical characteristics, achieve multi-usage. One MZ-1000 type submerged arc welding power source which main circuit is three-phase half controlled bridge rectifier has to be remould used the controller. After testing, the external characteristic curve of the power output accords with design requirement, power regulation characteristic and dynamic characteristic performance is good.This technology has some transfer value in industry.
