摘要
某核电厂冷冻水系统自从投运以来,出现多次冷冻机制冷剂泄漏现象,制冷剂一旦泄漏,制冷效率严重下降,甚至会造成冷冻机跳机。由于冷冻机常规查漏方法周期较长,且核电厂冷冻系统故障涉及机组运行控制,一般要等到机组大修才能实施。制冷剂减少就进行在线补充制冷剂满足运行要求,不仅浪费制冷剂、维修成本,且有制冷剂泄漏增大的风险,不能根本解决故障。为了更好地避免制冷剂泄漏故障,针对核电厂的制冷剂泄漏故障,对泄漏现象进行分类分析,总结了制冷剂泄漏的检测方法及处理方案,对解决制冷剂泄露故障有重要的现实意义。
After the water chilling unit accomplished commissioning in one Nuclear Power Plant,there were some faults in refrigerant leaks.When leaks of refrigerant occurs, the cooling efficiency will decrease,so much as closing down the engine. Because the usual method of detecting leakage has to take a long time and we can't have enough maintenance time except during the nuclear unit overhaul. What we can do is just to add refrigerating fluid. It waste a lot of refrigerating fluid and cost of maintenance. We can't find the root cause to solve the problem. For avoiding refrigerant leaks, we divide it into several groups according to the faults. We also conclude detection method and solution of refrigerant leaks. It is of great practical significance for solving the problem of refrigerant leaks.
