摘要
本文主要在分析空分装置液氧、液氮涡街流量计使用现状的基础上,对管道尺寸确定的情况下不能测量较大流量以及涡街流量计小信号切除量较大的问题进行相关研究改进,还就此类问题提出改造建议并对实施效果进行跟踪,对国内煤化工企业的大型空分装置在产品核算、经济效益分析、可靠运行的方面具有一定帮助。
This essay mainly analyzes the current application status of liquid O2 and liquid N2 from Air Separation Unit(ASU)based on using Vortex flow meter, the eassay also studies and improves the problems that the Vortex flow meter can't measure high flow when the pipe size is fixed and low flow signals are likely to be neglected by the meter. This essay also proposes improvement measures and keeps tracking of improvement results, which will help for the product business accounting, economic benefit analysis and reliable operation of large-scale ASU in domestic coal chemical plant.
