瑞竹堂经验方加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变60例临床观察

Rui Zhu Tang Proved Recipe in Treatment of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy: 60 Cases of Clinical Observation

目的观察瑞竹堂经验方加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将60例DPN患者采用单盲法分为2组,每组30例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上用瑞竹堂经验方加减治疗,对照组用甲钴胺治疗,疗程为60d。观察比较治疗前后两组患者中医证候积分、多伦多评分(TCSS)以及神经传导速度的变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者中医症状积分、TCSS评分均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组正中神经和腓总神经的传导速度均较治疗前增快(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞竹堂经验方加减能改善患者的临床症状、体征,提高神经传导速度,对糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Rui Zhu Tang proved recipe in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups . On the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment group of thirty patients was treated with Rui Zhu Tang prove recipe while the control group was treated with mecobalamin. The two groups applied drugs continuously for sixty days. Syndrome integral, Toronto score, and the change of the nerve conduction velocity were compare before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups. Results After treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral, Toronto score, nerve conduction velocity all showed significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rui Zhu Tang proved recipe can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, signs and improve nerve conduction velocity. It has a good curative effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
