2013年宁夏托幼机构传染病防控工作现状调查分析

The Administration of Infectious Diseases Prevention and Control in Kindergartens of Ningxia in 2013

目的了解宁夏托幼机构传染病管理现状,发现托幼机构传染病管理的薄弱环节,为今后加强托幼机构传染病管理工作奠定基础。方法 2013年采用普查方法对宁夏全部的托幼机构进行专项监督检查,采用自制问卷进行调查。结果共调查538所托幼机构,制定传染病突发事件应急预案、按要求配备专职或兼职卫生保健人员、专人负责疫情报告单位的建有率分别为92.4%、72.1%和90.0%;晨检记录和因病缺勤追查与登记的建有率分别为90.89%和94.61%;新幼儿入学接种证查验登记和幼儿健康档案建有率分别为94.05%和80.86%;定期卫生消毒记录的建有率为94.24%。除有专人负责疫情报告的建有率公办托幼机构低于民办托幼机构(P<0.05)和有晨检记录、定期卫生消毒记录公办托幼机构与民办托幼机构比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各项指标的建有率城市托幼机构均高于乡镇(P均<0.01),公办托幼机构高于民办(P<0.01)。结论宁夏托幼机构有关传染病的防控制度较为完善,管理制度建设及执行情况乡镇托幼机构较差,公办托幼机构好于民办。

Objective To find out the weak links of management of infectious diseases and to take targeted measures by investigating on the administration of infectious diseases prevention and control in kindergartens of Ningxia. Methods All kindergartens of Ningxia were supervised and inspected by general investigation and self - made questionnaire survey in 2013. Results Total number of kindergartens was 538. 92.4% of them had the system about infectious diseases reporting. 72.1% had health care workers. 90.0% had the disease reporting by responsible person. 94.05% had the health examination in the morning. 80.86% had tracing registration for sickness absence. 94.24% had disinfection records. The difference between city kindergartens and rural ones was statistically significant except ＂the disease reporting by responsible person＂, ＂the health examination in the morning＂ and ＂disinfection records＂. The rats of public kindergartens were higher than private nurseries. And the rats of public kindergartens were higher than private ones too. Conclusion The systems of infectious diseases prevention and control in kindergartens of Ningxia are more perfect. The management system construction and implementation of rural kindergartens are bad. The public kindergartens are better than private ones.
