含铌Q275D热轧H型钢的研制 被引量:3

Development of niobium-bearing Q275D hot rolled H-shaped steel

摘要 为保证莱钢Q275D热轧H型钢极限规格的-20℃冲击功值满足GB/T 700-2006要求,采用Nb微合金化结合再结晶控轧工艺试制了极限规格H400mm×200mm×8mm×13mm的Q275D热轧H型钢。结果表明:试制产品的上屈服强度为360~368 MPa,抗拉强度为480~500 MPa,伸长率为32.5%~33.0%,平均冲击功为154~233J,各项性能指标满足标准要求。 In order to guarantee the impact value(-20 ℃)of Q275 D hot rolled Hshaped steel with limiting specification to satisfy the requirements of GB/T 700-2006,Q275 D with limiting specification H400 mm×200 mm×8 mm×13 mm was trialproduced by adopting niobium microalloying and recrystallization controlled rolling process.The results showed that the upper yield strength of the trial product was 360-368 MPa,the tensile strength was 480-500 MPa,the elongation was 32.5 %-33.0 %,the average of impact value was 154-233 J,Each performance index of the trial product met the requirements of GB/T 700-2006.
