摘要
为解决精炼含铝钢种浇注时浸入式水口堵塞的问题,对连铸水口堵塞结瘤物进行了取样分析,找出钙处理不利于低熔点C12A7的形成以及二次氧化和夹杂上浮不足的原因,制定了新的钙处理工艺、透气砖安装及全程保护浇注等措施。措施实施后降低了钢中w(O)(<35×10-6),促进了夹杂上浮去除,避免了连铸过程中水口堵塞事故的发生。
In order to solve the problem of SEN nozzle clogging in the casting process of refining aluminum steel grades,the nozzle clogging materials was sampled and analyzed.The reason that calcium treatment was not beneficial to forming of C12A7 with low melting point and the cause of reoxidation and inclusion floating insufficient were found.The measures such as new calcium treatment process,purging plug installing and protective casting and so on was established.w(O)in steel was decreased(less than 35×10^-6),inclusion floating was promoted and SEN clogging accident during casting was prevented.
