摘要 以活性碳纤维为载体,乙二醇为分散液,将碳纤维浸渍于含Zn O粉体的乙二醇溶液中制得Zn O/活性碳纤维样品,测试了样品的抑菌性,并比较了分散液中添加表面活性剂SDBS对Zn O分散的影响以及负载有Zn O前后碳纤维吸附性能变化。结果表明,表面吸附有5.50%Zn O的活性碳纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用明显,且对碳纤维本身吸附性能影响不大,添加表面活性剂SDBS后能使Zn O的分布更加均匀,适合于用作医用敷料。 In the present work,Zn O particles loaded on activated carbon fiber(ACF) was prepared by dipping ACF in Zn O suspension,using glycol as dispersant. The antibacterial activity of the prepared sample Zn O/ACF was examined. The effect of surfactant(SDBS) on Zn O distribution,and the effect of loading Zn O on iodine adsorption capacity of ACF were studied. ACF loading 5.50% Zn O particles could significantly inhibit growth of S. aureus. Loading Zn O on ACF showed no significant influence on its iodine adsorption capacity. Zn O particles would be more uniformly distributed when surfactant was added in the suspension. The above results indicate that the prepared sample would be suitable for using as medical dressing.
