摘要
以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,通过聚苯醚与马来酸酐的再分配反应制备了末端带有马来酸酐基团的低分子质量聚苯醚(R-PPO),并采用R-PPO对环氧树脂(EP)改性。通过凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振、红外光谱、电镜分析及各项性能测试对R-PPO改性环氧体系进行了研究。结果表明,EP与R-PPO相容性较好,EP/R-PPO固化体系呈两相结构,R-PPO以细小颗粒状均匀分散于EP连续相中。加入R-PPO后,在不牺牲体系的热稳定性能前提下有效地改善了EP的冲击性能及介电性能。
The low molecular weight polyphenylene oxide with end group of maleic anhydride(R-PPO)was prepared by redistribution of PPO with maleic anhydride(MAH)using benzoyl peroxide(BPO)as an initiator. Moreover,the R-PPO was used to modify epoxy resin.The R-PPO modified epoxy system was investigated by GPC,NMR,FTIR,SEM and performance tests. The results showed that EP was compatible with R-PPO. The cured EP/R-PPO system had two-phase structure. The fine R-PPO particles was evenly dispersed in continuous EP phase. With the addition of R-PPO into EP,the impact resistance,dielectric properties of cured EP/R-PPO system were greatly improved without sacrificing of thermostability.
