Synthesis and properties of biomass phenolic adhensives for plywoods

摘要 采用杨树皮裂解生物油制备了用于胶合板和定向刨花板的生物质酚醛粘合剂。通过红外光谱,示差扫描量热分析,粘度和凝胶时间测定对胶粘剂的性能进行了研究,并测试了胶粘剂用量对胶合板、定向刨花板性能的影响。结果表明:生物油替代苯酚的比例为50%时,可制成储存稳定满足预冷压和热压工艺要求的木材粘合剂。生物质酚醛树脂胶粘剂用量为105 g/m2时,制得的胶合板(五合板)性能即可达到E0级I类胶合板要求,用量为120g/m3时,制得的定向刨花板(15 mm)满足E0级OSB-2要求,甲醛释放量≤0.1 g/L。该产品是一种低成本的环保型木材粘合剂。 The biomass phenolic adhesive for plywood and OSB was prepared using pyrolysis bio-oil from poplar bark. The adhesive properties were studied by FTIR,DSC,viscosity and gel time measurement. The effects of adhesive amount on the performance of plywood and OSB were tested. The results showed that the wood adhesive had storage stability and met the pre-cooling and hot pressing process requirements when the bio-oil replacement ratio of phenol was 50%. The performance of plywood(five layers)with biomass phenolic resin adhesive amount 105 g/m^2 could achieve the E0 grade class I plywood requirements. The OSB(15 mm)with adhesive amount 120 g/m3 could meet the E0 grade OSB-2 requirements.The formaldehyde emission was not more than 0.1 g/L. The product was a low-cost environmentally friendly wood adhesive.
