摘要
介绍Si-Cr、Cr-V和Si-Mn钢材料的发展趋势。为满足航空材料对弹簧钢丝高强度、高抗弹减性能的要求,对Si-Cr和Cr-V、Si-Mn钢的材料性能进行对比研究。在军工领域对油淬火回火弹簧钢丝生产技术和传统的冷拉弹簧钢丝生产工艺进行对比研究,得出结论:随着合金弹簧材料的发展,加上弹簧生产技术的进步,使得弹簧在承受较高弹性应力的情况下仍具有较高的耐腐蚀及抗疲劳性能。在承受相同弹性应力的情况下,使用Si-Cr系弹簧钢丝在弹簧直径更细的情况下仍能保证弹簧的安全性及可靠性,有利于弹簧的轻量化设计,适合在航空和航天等对轻量化要求严苛的领域使用。
To introduce the development trend of Si - Cr, Cr - V and Si - Mn steel material. The material properties of Si - Cr, Cr - V and Si - Mn steel were comparative analyzed in order to meet the requirement of aircraft material on spring steel wire high strength and high elasticity attenuation resistance property. The production technology of oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire and traditional cold drawn spring steel wire production process were researched comparatively in military field. Conclusion is drawn: with the development of alloy spring material and spring production technology advance- ment, spring undertakes higher elastie stress, it also has higher corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance performance. In situation of undertaking same elastic stress, using Si - Cr series spring steel wire still can guarantee spring safety and relia- bility in smaller spring steel wire, which is in favor of spring lightweight design, and more suitable for application of aero- nautics and astronautics field that is strict demand on lightweight.
