摘要 介绍MG500高强度高韧性矿用锚杆钢筋的研制开发过程.化学成分设计采用VN微合金化控制;轧制工艺设计:加热温度控制为1 180 ~1 250℃,终轧温度930~980℃,钢坯在炉内平均停留时间为70 ~ 100 min.生产的φ20,22 mm高强度高韧性矿用锚杆钢筋组织为铁素体+珠光体,钢中硫化物夹杂平均为1.0 ~1.5级,硅酸盐类夹杂平均为0.5 ~1.0级,屈服强度ReL>520 MPa,抗拉强度Rm>650 MPa,断后伸长率A>19%,常温冲击功Ak> 45J.产品质量稳定,完全满足用户技术要求. Introduce the research and development process of MGS00 high strength and high toughness hot rolling anchor steel bar for mine. Chemical composition use VN microalloying, rolling process design: heating temperature is controlled at 1 180 ~ 1 250 ℃, finishing rolling temperature at 930 -980 ℃, the average residence time of steel billet in the furnace is 70 - 100 min. the structure of diameter 20, 22 mm high strength and high toughness hot rolling anchor steel bar that used for mine is ferrite and pearlite, and inclusion average of sulphide in steel is 1.0 - 1.5 grade, inclusion average of silicate is 0.5 ~ 1.0 grade, yield strength ReL 〉 520 MPa, tensile strength Rm 〉 650 MPa, elongation after fracture A 〉 19%, room tem- perature impact power Ak 〉 45 J, product quality is stable, and totally satisfy the technical requirements of users.
