国内埋弧焊丝层绕机层绕不同直径焊丝时需要更换瓦片,效率低且无法调整细微的线径误差.研发一种适应任意线径的埋弧焊丝层绕机,该机采用步进电机滚珠丝杠系统排线,电气系统控制由可编程控制器、交流变频器、人机界面、通讯等完成;放线机为恒张力放线,收线机可保证恒线速8 m/s高速运行;夹盘装置采用宽度可调的光瓦设计,可层绕内径305,500,630 mm焊丝卷,每一套夹具都可以适应任意线径的埋弧焊丝层绕.层绕质量可调范围0～350 kg.整机操作简洁方便,生产成本低,效率高.

Domestic submerged welding wire layer winding machine need replace tiles in winding different diameter welding wire, low efficiency and cnnnot adjust slight wire diameter error, an adaptable any diameter wire submerged arc welding wire layer winding machine is researched and developed. The machine adopt step motor ball screw system wiring, electric system is controlled by PLC, AC frequency converter, human machine interface, communication etc. Pay-off is constant tension, take-up can guarantee constant wire speed 8 m/s high speed running. The clamp device adopts width adjustable slick tile design, can wind inner diameter 305,500,630 mm welding wire coil, each clamp can adapt any diameter sub- merged welding wire layer winding machine. The layer winding weight adjustable scope is 0 ~ 350 kg. the machine operate easily, production cost is low, efficiency is high.
