摘要
介绍了生产国家二级氮中二氧化碳气体标准物质的制备、实验方法和结果,采用气相色谱进行分析评估并考查了整个制备过程中的均匀性和稳定性。给出了氮中二氧化碳气体标准物质不确定度的计算及其不确度的量值。
The experiment method and result of preparing the CRM of blending carbon dioxide in nitrogen was introduced in this paper. We researched the whole process of standard gas though the uniformity and stability. The CRM of the method by researching chromatograph＇ s comparison of analysis and condition was given. The uncertainty of preparing reference gas though analyzing method was evaluated. And then the synthesis ＇ s uncertainty was obtained.
