摘要
通过化学成分、铸锭加热温度、淬火温度、时效制度调整,使6063轨道交通型材电阻(或电导率)及力学性能满足标准及用户使用要求。通过研究可知,化学成分、淬火温度、时效制度是影响轨道交通型材综合性能的关键因素。
The resistance(or conductivity) and mechanical property of 6063 rail traffic profiles can meet the standard and customer's requirements by means of adjusting chemical composition, heating temperature of billet, quenching temperature, aging method. The results show that the chemical composition, quenching temperature, aging method are the key factors which affect the combination property of the rail traffic profiles.
