广东省志愿服务国际化的调查分析

Research and Analysis of the Internationalization of Guangdong Volunteer Service

广东志愿服务需要通过国际交流合作不断融入世界。一方面,吸收各国现代志愿服务发展理念和经验,丰富我国志愿服务的内容与形式;另一方面,通过志愿服务国际合作向世界传播中国的核心价值观,提升国家竞争软实力。广东珠江三角洲地区作为中国改革开放前沿和志愿服务的发源地之一,再次率先探索国际化途径,包括构建"一会两院三基地"的国际合作格局,将引进和借鉴国际志愿服务发展理念、向世界传播中国核心价值观、提升民间志愿组织服务能力、普及低碳环保生活方式、培育青年志愿者领袖国际参与素质、塑造中国现代化城市发展的国际形象等作为合作内容。

Through international exchanges and cooperation,Guangdong volunteer service will gradually integrate into the world. On one hand,it absorbs the developing ideas and experience of modern volunteer service in different counties to enrich the contents and forms of volunteer service in China; on the other hand,it spreads Chinese core value to the world through international cooperation to enhance national soft power competition. As the forefront of reform and opening and one of the birthplaces of volunteer service in China,Guangdong Pearl River Delta Region takes the lead in exploring the paths of internationalization once again,including constructing an international cooperation framework of ＂ one office,two colleges and three bases＂. It will introduce and learn from international volunteer service development ideas,spread Chinese core value to the whole world,improve the ability of non-government volunteer service organizations,popularize low carbon lifestyle,cultivate the quality of youth participation among youth volunteer leaders and shape the international image of China modernized city development. In this way,provide a basis for Chinese volunteer service to go towards the world and play the international function as a responsible country.
