广州市志愿者组织参与社区教育研究

Research on the Participation of Guangzhou Volunteer Organizations in Community Education

近年来,随着我国社会转型和社会建设的推进,志愿者组织得到蓬勃发展,志愿服务类型日趋多样化和社会化,在此背景下的各地社区教育也得到不同程度的发展,社区教育志愿者日益受到社会的重视。广州市作为国内志愿服务的发源地之一,经过20多年的持续努力,涌现了不少志愿者组织,其中不少参与了本地社区的教育服务和探索。只有掌握志愿者组织参与社区教育的现状,才能更好地探究其科学有效的参与路径,才能构建可持续发展的长效机制,进而推进社区教育发展和社会治理创新。

In recent years,with the social transformation and the promotion of social construction,volunteer organiztions have got vigorous development,followed by the diversification and socialization of volunteer service.Under this background,community education in different areas also get different levels of development,thus,volunteers＇ participation in community eduction also receive social attention. As one of the birthplaces of volunteer service,Guangzhou owns more and more volunteer service organizations,most of which have participated in the service and exploration of local community education after 20 years of effort. Only by understading the present situation of volunteers＇ participation in community education,can we explore more scientific and effective ways of participation and construct a mechanism to promote the further development of community education and social governance innovation.
