摘要
按照国家标准采用滴定法测定食用植物油的过氧化值,针对实际测定过程中出现的问题进行探讨,并将测定结果与比色法分析结果进行对照.实验结果表明:根据油样的具体情况选择适宜浓度的硫代硫酸钠标准滴定溶液比单纯用国标中的0.0020mol/L硫代硫酸钠标准滴定溶液更合理,其结果精密度、准确度都更好.
The peroxide value of edible vegetable oil was detected by titration according to the national standard, the problem was discussed during the actual measurement process. And the measurement results of titration were compared with colorimetric analysis. The results showed that comparing to 0. 0020mol/L sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution,it was more reasonable to choose the appropriate concentration of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution according to the specific circumstances of the oil sample, because the determination results would be more accurate.
