局部弹性绷带加压辅助治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效观察

Efficacy of Local elastic bandage adjuvant treatment of deep vein thrombosis

目的:探讨局部弹性绷带加压辅助治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床疗效。方法:将50例下肢深静脉血栓患者随机分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组单纯经患肢足背浅静脉按医嘱使用微量泵静滴溶栓药物治疗,观察组在使用微量泵静滴溶栓药物同时采用弹性绷带局部静脉加压,比较两组溶栓效果。结果:观察组的溶栓总有效率为98%;对照组为83%,经Ridit分析两组患肢临床疗效有显著性差异(P<0.01),观察组溶栓的效果明显优于对照组。结论:局部弹性绷带加压辅助治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者效果良好。
