医患沟通在日常医疗工作中非常重要,临床实习生时医疗工作的重要参与者之一,医患沟通能力的培养对临床实习生而言,必不可缺。分析目前国内对医学生沟通能力培训的现状、提出针对性应对策略,对提高中西医临床医学实习生沟通能力的培养的重视,促进学生全面发展,达到实习目的有重要意义。

Communication between doctors and patients is very important in daily medical work. As one of the important participants, clinical interns should master the doctor-patient communication skills. Analysis the current status of medical students＇ communication skills training and popose targeted methods can enhance the attention of doctor-patient communication skills for Chinese and Western medicine medical students. That can promote the students＇ comprehensive development and achieve the purpose of practice.
