加强科技管理干部在职培训的必要性及建议

当今科学技术飞跃发展,科学技术是第一生产力,一支高素质的科技管理干部队伍对一个国家的科学技术具有十分重要的作用。但当前我国的一些科技管理干部专业素质及工作能力亟待提高,同时科技管理干部在职培训机会不足,培训内容针对性不强、培训方式单一、师资队伍薄弱。因此必须重视科技管理干部的培训工作,科学开展培训,改革培训内容,丰富培训方式,加强过程管理,提高培训成效。
