超高压水晶釜釜体螺纹的小角度纵波斜探头超声检测

Ultrasonic Inspecting of Body thread of Super-high Pressure Crystal Kettle with Small Angle Longitudinal Wave Angle Probe

介绍了使用小角度纵波斜探头对在役超高压水晶釜釜体螺纹进行超声波检测的方法。通过设计对比试块,解决了缺陷当量的对比问题。试验证明:此方法可以有效地检测出螺纹根部裂纹类缺陷,灵敏度高,且能排除干扰物的影响,具有一定的实用性,还提出了缺陷识别与分析方法。

This paper introduces the ultrasonic testing of in service super-high pressure crystal kettle body thread by using small angle longitudinal wave angle probe.Through the contrast test block design,the equivalent defects problems were solved and test proved that the method was practical,which might put forward a method for defect identification and analysis.
